Job summary

Silverado in St. Charles, IL is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory impairments.

You will provide hands-on daily living assistance, build relationships with residents and families, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment. This part-time role offers evening PM shifts on weekends, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching and health, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, Saturday and Sunday

Anticipated pay range: $19 USD - $21 USD
