Ohio University seeks a Certified Flight Instructor 1 for a pool posting at Athens, Ohio University Airport. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and less than 3 years of related professional experience.
• FAA certifications and licenses showing experience and ratings as Commercial Pilot, Instrument Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor.
• Minimum of 250 flight hours, 100 hours PIC and 25 hours instrument time.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains airplane safety.
• Conducts airplane maintenance.
• Pilots aircraft under the Aviation Flight, Aviation Management and Aviation Technology programs.
