The Royal Society for Asian Affairs is seeking a part-time Chief Executive to lead the charity in partnership with its board. The role combines strategic leadership with practical delivery, with fundraising a central priority.

You will develop fundraising relationships, build partnerships, manage a small team, oversee budgets and governance, and support the Society's collections and digital work. The role is mostly home-based, with occasional London meetings and travel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people, budgets and relationships with a governing body.
• Strong communication, sound judgement, financial understanding and an interest in Asian affairs.
• Comfortable working independently from home with hands-on approach.
• Fundraising capability and relationship building are particularly valuable.
