Job summary

Five Hour Club is seeking a Director to oversee management, strategy and sustainability for families in the West Sussex area. The role reports to the Chair and trustees and involves leadership across fundraising, communications and policy development.

The successful candidate will bring extensive fundraising and voluntary-sector service management experience, and a degree-level qualification. This is a permanent, part-time post (21 hours/week) with travel to West Sussex and generous holiday

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent is required.
• SEND experience, fundraising training, and driving licence desirable.
• An enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, fundraising, funder relationships and impact reporting.
• Oversee communications, financial forecasting, accounts and policies.
• Manage information resources and supervise the Operations Director and Administration & Finance Officer.
