Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time CDL bus driver to transport public school students to and from the LifeWise site, ensuring safe, punctual, and compliant operation with a clean driving record. The driver will perform regular bus inspections and maintain a secure environment for students throughout transit.

Applicants must hold a CDL with passenger endorsement, a clean driving history, and pass background checks and drug tests.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement (P) required.
• School bus (S) endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or citations in 5 years.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Active faith alignment with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Transport students and LifeWise volunteers to/from the site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain safety of the bus.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refueling.
• Create a safe environment and assist students entering/exiting.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training and policies.
