Zerocater is seeking a Catering Operations Site Lead in Santa Ana to guide On-Site Specialists, ensuring client experiences are outstanding and meals go smoothly.

This part-time on-site role requires 1–2 years in a team lead or hospitality setting, a flexible schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30am–2:30pm), and a positive, detail-oriented mindset. Compensation is $22/hour with a $15 monthly cell phone stipend and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a team lead or management role within hospitality or customer-facing settings.
• Proven team player with collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients; answer questions or issues.
• Conduct pre-shift preparation tasks and delegate shift responsibilities.
• Ensure Zerocater standards are exceeded with every meal served.
• Serve as an executive decision-maker around meal issues when needed.
• Schedule and shadow new On-Site Specialists to maintain consistent quality.
