Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking a Store Associate to lead a top-notch customer and brand experience. You will run registers, promote sales, and maintain store standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via merchandise markings or seeking help from a leader.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers entering the store and thanks customers leaving.
