Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides support to caseworkers, supervisors, and managers; administrative and client-related services for the division.
• Answers the DHS abuse or at-risk intake hotline; processes referrals from hotline and after-hours system.
• Receives and processes referrals from court-ordered investigations, walk-ins, and correspondence.
• Enters, updates, and retrieves case information from databases; performs records checks.
• Connects clients with community resources; coordinates appointments and meetings with professionals; assists clients' support systems.
• Arranges transportation for clients to appointments and assists with purchases of necessary items.
