Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and develop treatment plans; initiate home studies when needed.
• Monitor client progress and provide service referrals to ensure timely support.
• Address safety concerns in homes and coordinate necessary interventions.
• Provide crisis management and coordinate support services for clients.
• Attend court hearings and document case progress and orders.
