Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay to help you thrive in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with goal-oriented activities and skill-building.
