Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting daily living, skill-building, and occasional community activities to help personal goals.

Flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are available, with strong emphasis on compassion, communication, independence, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
