Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes throughout Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities, and will accompany clients on community outings to help grow personal goals beyond the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
• Support clients in community outings to foster goals and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
