Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan, helping with daily tasks, skill-building activities, and community outings to support personal goals.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiver support in clients' homes.
• Encourage and assist recipients with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients into the community to support personal goals.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow care plans.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
