Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help individuals pursue personal goals outside the home. Paid training and a flexible schedule are available.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with weekly pay and a simple virtual interview process. Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and capable of passing background checks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to support recipients.
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
