Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, while helping clients engage with their community to pursue personal goals beyond the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available, with benefits and a focus on a thriving company culture that values happiness and inspiration for our team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
