Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities.

You will also bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of the home environment, with full and part-time positions available in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and skill-building activities for recipients.
