This role offers flexible scheduling, on-site work, paid training, and access to the company’s comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and education support. Prior caregiving experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meal support, and mobility assistance.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining safety, dignity, and privacy.
