Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Utah is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate ADL support, transportation assistance, and personal care for residents. You will help residents maintain dignity, safety, and social engagement within a team-focused environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-site work, and opportunities for professional development through in-house training and collaboration with care staff. A valid high school diploma and state certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal and hygiene care.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers to meals and activities.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being with compassionate, customer-focused service.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans and maintain dignity, privacy, and safety.
