Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Caregiver to join a compassionate, community‑minded team. You will support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and safety through hands‑on care and participation in wellness programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, current First Aid/CPR, and a willingness to obtain required state certifications. Flexible weekend hours and on‑the‑job training are available, with opportunities for growth within MBK Senior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications current and maintained.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assistance with transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Perform regular safety checks and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Assist with meal times, room trays, and delivery of supplies as needed.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well‑being and engage them in wellness programs.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community as assigned.
