• Responds to resident needs promptly while ensuring dignity and safety.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including grooming and hygiene.
• Aids mealtimes by assisting with meals, serving, and clearing trays.
• Provides safe transport and transfers for residents as needed.
• Performs regular safety checks and reports changes in condition.
• Completes housekeeping and laundry tasks as required for residents and community.
