Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Highland, Utah is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality daily living assistance. You will help residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and social engagement while upholding dignity and privacy.

This part-time role offers training, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, meals, transfers, and safety checks, plus completing ISP-based tasks and maintaining a clean living space for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications required or maintained through training.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by state.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to needs promptly.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community as assigned.
• Support residents in wellness programs and social activities.
• Maintain safety and privacy in accordance with policies and regulations.
