Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a caregiver in Minnesota to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role offers pay of $19.64/hour with a part-time schedule (Mon Tue 3pm-8pm, Wed 6am-9am and 3pm-8pm, Thu 3pm-8pm and every other weekend 6am-2pm).

You will help participants with daily living, build meaningful relationships, and support personal goals in a compassionate, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
