Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a part-time caregiver in Minnesota. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks and personal care, helping them live well and stay engaged in their community.

Shifts are Tue-Fri 6 am–10 am and every other weekend 7 am–3 pm. You’ll build meaningful relationships, coordinate activities, and collaborate with a supportive team to empower participants toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to varying client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve personal goals such as budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
• Build caring relationships and support participants to be part of the community.
