Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a caregiver in Minnesota to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The wage is $18.30 per hour, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7am–3pm and every other weekend 7am–3pm.

You’ll help with personal care, nutrition, budgeting, and community participation. We seek compassionate, patient individuals who can build meaningful relationships and support participants toward growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors are valued.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
