REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring caregivers in Willmar, MN for two part-time roles at $24 per hour. Shifts include Days and Evenings, with weekday and weekend coverage to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and participate in daily activities.
• Support participants with goal setting in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
