Arbors Assisted Living in Greenfield is seeking a part-time Scheduler to support our care team and ensure residents receive consistent, reliable service. The Scheduler role requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork, and contributes to resident satisfaction, family trust, and community success.

You will create and maintain staff schedules, confirm coverage for all shifts, communicate changes clearly, manage after-hours call-outs, and collaborate with leadership to align schedules

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CNA or Home Health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules for Resident Care staff.
• Ensure shifts coverage meets resident needs and policies.
• Communicate scheduling changes clearly to staff and leadership.
• Manage after-hours/on-call scheduling and call-outs.
• Coordinate shift coverage by contacting team members and filling open shifts.
• Collaborate with Resident Care Director and leadership to align schedules with care priorities.
