Responsibilities include creating and maintaining staff schedules, coordinating coverage, and onboarding for new hires, with a focus on minimizing overtime and maintaining high-quality resident care.

• Create and maintain schedules for Resident Care staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs and comply with policies and procedures.
• Communicate scheduling changes clearly to staff and leadership, including call-outs and shift swaps.
• Manage staffing call-outs and after-hours scheduling as assigned.
• Coordinate shift coverage by contacting team members and filling shifts promptly.
• Work with leadership to align schedules with resident care needs and community priorities.
• Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires and training shifts.
• Promote fair scheduling practices while balancing staff availability and business needs.
• Monitor and reduce overtime while maintaining safe staffing and resident care.
• Maintain scheduling systems and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong customer service to support the care team and residents.
