Arbors at Greenfield is seeking a part-time Scheduler to support our Resident Care team. The role involves building and maintaining staff schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care, with after-hours/on-call coverage as needed.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excel in communication and teamwork, contributing to a culture of ownership and dependable service for residents and families.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain schedules for Resident Care staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs and comply with policies and procedures.
• Communicate scheduling changes clearly to staff and leadership, including call-outs and shift swaps.
• Manage staffing call-outs and after-hours/on-call scheduling as assigned.
• Coordinate shift coverage by contacting team members and filling open shifts promptly.
• Collaborate with Resident Care Director and leaders to align schedules with care needs and priorities.
• Assist onboarding by adding new hires to schedules and assigning training shifts.
• Support fair scheduling while balancing staff availability and business needs.
• Monitor overtime and maintain safe staffing and quality care.
• Maintain scheduling systems and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Promote a culture of ownership by identifying staffing gaps and supporting the team.
