Job summary

Corewell Health Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a part-time Echo technologist to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound studies. You will work in a 280-bed acute care campus with opportunities to mentor teammates and contribute to high-quality patient care.

The role requires ARDMS credentials and an associate degree in ultrasound, with BLS at hire. Day shifts, 24 hours weekly, at the Grosse Pointe site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Diagnostic Ultrasound required.
• Various ARDMS credentials with 1 year experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound exams including 2D, Doppler, and m-mode.
• Conduct transesophageal, stress, and pharmacologic echocardiograms as needed.
• Mentor/preceptor for other ultrasonographers or students.
