Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances).
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advise customers on cannabis products and wellness applications.
• Educate customers on product types, methods, and efficacy.
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Ensure accurate transactions at the POS and verify online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays.
• Comply with local and state cannabis regulations.
• Assist with stocking and inventory accuracy.
