Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles is required or preferred.
• Willingness to learn about cannabinoids and product applications.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, and email effectively.
• Knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage practices (not medical advice).
• Assist customers in navigating product types, methods, and efficacy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays.
• Complete transactions at the POS and ensure inventory accuracy in METRC/BioTrack.
