Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Execute TRP world class customer experience.
• Provide a friendly and warm welcome to all customers.
• Drive repeat business through loyalty program and local outreach.
• Oversee store inventory management and processing.
• Train and supervise Inventory Associates.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and product launches.
• Partner with GM and Co-Managers on KPI goals.
