The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, a flexible schedule (15–29 hours/week), and the ability to work weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and daily POS usage.
• Must learn and comply with state/local cannabis regulations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations.
• Guide customers through sales, offering advice and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate displays, menus, and inventory; keep store tidy.
• Fulfill and pack orders; move orders to the pickup area as needed.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately on POS.
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
• Respond to inquiries in person, online, and by phone.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety procedures.
