Ascend Wellness Holdings, based in Chicago Ridge, IL, is hiring a Part-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through cannabis purchases, provide informed product descriptions, and operate in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

The role requires flexibility, strong customer service, and the ability to work 15-29 hours per week, including some weekends. Training and compliance with state/local laws are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused; ability to guide customers through the purchasing experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliable, with a positive attitude.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills; cannabis POS software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store.
• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide knowledgeable assistance as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and displays/menus are up-to-date and accurate.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders and move completed orders to the sales floor for pickup.
• Promote a positive, customer-service oriented store environment and comply with policies.
