Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and cannabis POS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations and compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide product knowledge.
• Keep sales floor stocked and displays up-to-date; ensure accuracy of menus.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders and assist with pickup.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented work environment; follow policies and procedures.
