Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. in Wayne, PA seeks a Part-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience with accurate product descriptions and helpful recommendations. You will work 15-29 hours weekly, with flexibility for weekday AM/PM and weekend availability, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Cannabis retail experience is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication.
• Willing to learn state/local cannabis regulations and keep compliant.
• Able to operate POS and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining compliance.
• Guide customers through sales and provide product recommendations.
• Keep sales floor stocked, menus updated, and store well maintained.
• Fulfill customer orders and move pickups to the sales floor.
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented work environment.
• Develop product knowledge to advise customers accurately.
• Respond to inquiries in store, online, and over the phone.
• Use and maintain POS system; handle cash accurately.
• Data entry of customer information and transactions.
• Support team and meet performance goals.
• Verify paperwork and ID to ensure compliant service.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and in-store operations.
• Report hazards to Store Leadership and keep the store clean.
