Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Cannabis POS software a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Willing to learn applicable state/local cannabis laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while ensuring store compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide advice as needed.
• Keep sales floor stocked and displays up-to-date and accurate.
• Fulfill and pack orders for customer pickup.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented work environment.
• Develop product knowledge to inform customers.
• Respond to inquiries in store, online, and by phone.
• Operate POS accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Ensure proper paperwork and IDs are checked.
• Support inventory, merchandising and other store operations as directed.
• Report hazards to Store Leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting store environment.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
