Ascend Wellness Holdings Wharton, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, provide product recommendations, and maintain accurate POS transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills a must
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Cannabis POS software experience a plus
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
• Willing to learn state and local cannabis industry regulations
• Excellent organization and time management
• Clear and effective communication

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance
• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide knowledge as needed
• Keep sales floor stocked and displays up-to-date
• Fulfill and pack customer orders for pickup
• Promote a positive, customer-service oriented store environment
• Develop product knowledge to offer current information and advice
• Respond to customer inquiries in-store, online, and by phone
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system and handle cash
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer information
• Strive to achieve team and individual performance goals
• Verify paperwork and required identifications for customers
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, marketing and other store operations
• Report hazards to Store Leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Complete opening and closing checklists
