Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) in Monaca, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through cannabis purchases, provide product knowledge, and maintain accurate transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires flexibility to work 15–29 hours weekly, including weekdays and weekends, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and compliance in a licensed cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Cannabis POS software a plus.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory requirements for cannabis industry.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Clear and effective communication, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations and compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions with informed advice.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and displays up to date.
• Fulfill and package customer orders for pickup.
• Foster a positive, customer-service oriented work environment.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to advise customers.
• Respond to inquiries in store, online and by phone.
• Accurately use the POS system and handle cash.
• Ensure accurate data entry and process paperwork.
• Support opening/closing procedures and inventory tasks.
