InterVarsity Christians Fellowship in Wisconsin seeks a Part-time Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to advance campus ministry through spiritual formation, leadership development, and strategic partnerships. You will work with students and faculty to model and implement InterVarsity’s vision across campuses, training teams and nurturing diverse communities in Christ.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on a four-year campus (or Associate’s for two-year campus)
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to minister to diverse communities and faculty
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with the triune God through Scripture, prayer and worship.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching and discipleship experiences.
• Set annual goals with teams for qualitative and quantitative growth, including leadership development.
• Build leadership teams with spiritual vitality, relational health, and mission alignment.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
• Develop on-going partnerships with alumni and volunteers and manage ministry plans.
