InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Campus Staff Minister to engage students and faculty in spiritual growth and witness on campus. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and fundraising responsibilities.

The position includes training, collaboration with staff, and accountability oversight, with benefits and a flexible schedule. Candidates should be committed to IV's mission and prepared to develop ministry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Exploring calling to InterVarsity and its mission.
• Prior campus ministry experience preferred.
• Willingness to receive training as Campus Staff Minister.
• Capable of fostering open, supportive relationships within a ministry team.
• Ministry skills include teaching spiritual and biblical principles, planning programs, and discipleship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Personal Spiritual Duties to grow in discipleship.
• Lead and cast vision in Ministry Leadership areas.
• Provide pastoral care and support for student and faculty leadership.
• Handle administrative tasks and compliance with policies.
• Develop ministry partnerships and public relations with donors and churches.
• Coordinate and lead conferences and projects as assigned.
• Prepare annual chapter reports and regional/national updates.
• Foster prayerful living among students and staff.
• Engage supervision and mentorship from staff ministry director.
