Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Wisconsin seeks a Part-time Campus Staff Minister to lead and grow witnessing communities on college campuses. You will guide students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship, while coordinating ministry plans and building partnerships across campuses.

This role emphasizes spiritual growth, leadership development, and collaborative ministry execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Lead students and faculty via Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship.
• Develop ministry plans and coordinate teams to reach campus.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget and build partnerships.
