Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead on college campuses, building witnessing communities for Christ among students and faculty. This full-time role advances InterVarsity’s mission on diverse campuses and across the nation.

You will cast vision, mentor leaders, raise support, and collaborate with local staff to develop programs, recruit volunteers, and engage campus authorities in transformative ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses.
• Minimum an Associate’s degree required for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and on campus.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer and worship.
• Develop self-leadership and resilience.
• Embrace Scriptural standards for behavior and attitudes.
• Communicate InterVarsity’s vision to transform campuses and lead through Scripture, prayer and discipleship.
• Set annual goals through prayer, research and reflection with teams.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Partner with supervisors and national leaders; contribute to team meetings and relationships.
• Affiliate chapters under your care and submit forms to increase partnership.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned; nurture ministry partners through visits, calls, emails and prayer letters.
• Develop long-lasting partnerships with alumni and volunteers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
