InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a part-time Campus Staff Minister in Wisconsin. The role focuses on learning and preparing for full responsibilities, with intensive training and ministerial duties aligned to InterVarsity’s mission.

The position includes pastoral care, leadership development, and administrative tasks to support campus ministry, while engaging students and faculty in spiritual growth and biblical study.

Qualifications

• Affirms InterVarsity Statement of Agreement and Conduct; believes and behaves with InterVarsity values.
• Willing to receive training to become a Campus Staff Minister.
• Prior experience with InterVarsity or campus ministry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate and be fully engaged in the ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
• Teach students to study Scripture and apply it to their lives.
• Provide pastoral care and support for students and faculty and recruit for conferences and projects.
• Perform administrative tasks to fulfill InterVarsity policies and procedures.
