Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; associate’s for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to minister to diverse communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-leadership, self-awareness, self-management and resiliency.
