Job summary

Gila Community College is seeking a Part-time Information Tech Support Specialist for Globe Campus to provide IT support to college stakeholders and maintain hardware/software inventories. The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under moderate supervision.

The ideal candidate will have two+ years of Microsoft 365 experience, familiarity with IT hardware, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Two or more years of direct experience effectively utilizing a variety of Microsoft 365 products, productivity enhancing technologies, and hardware.
Ability to pass a background screening process and/or obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Combination of training, education, and experience in IT responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide information technology support to College stakeholders to ensure efficient and productive use of College hardware and software.
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person questions/requests for support from College stakeholders.
Assist the IT Administrator with hardware and software inventory control and utilization processes including licenses and packages.
Organize, plan, and prioritize work and workflows with IT and business departments.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all information within the College.
Develop constructive relationships with supervisors and stakeholders and provide professional IT assistance.
