Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level position; college degree not required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and fingerprint clearance card required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to staff and faculty technology support requests via the district ticketing system.
• Set up, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair staff computers and iPads; keep Chromebooks carts ready.
• Support classroom tech including TVs, projectors, document cameras, monitors.
• Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot printers and copiers across campuses.
• Create and maintain staff/student user accounts; assist with passwords and access.
• Support campus phone/intercom systems and school bell schedules.
• Issue and manage staff badges; assist with door access and security cameras.
• Provide AV support for chapels, assemblies, meetings, events; after-hours may be required.
• Develop proficiency in AI tools and apply them to daily tasks; assist staff in using AI.
• Maintain records of equipment, inventory, repairs, deployments, and support work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
