Job summary

Seacrest Services, Inc. in South Florida is seeking an experienced Part-Time Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a residential community in the Wellington area.

This role blends onsite management with administrative duties, averaging about 22 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The CAM will serve as the primary liaison among the Board, residents, vendors, and Seacrest's internal teams, coordinating inspections, bids, reports, and meetings while maintaining organized digital records

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license is required.
• Experience managing community associations or HOAs.
• Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance activities, projects, and proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Board members and residents.
• Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills for a part-time schedule.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with digital records and management systems.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned community's day-to-day administrative and operational needs and track action items through completion.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance and compliance concerns, recommending actions to the Board.
• Serve as the primary contact for Board members, residents, vendors, and contractors with timely, professional communication.
• Coordinate vendor services, obtain bids and proposals, and monitor repairs and projects.
• Prepare management reports and Board updates on community operations and priorities.
• Attend Board, annual, budget, and other community meetings as required.
• Administer community rules, policies, and procedures; document violations and Board reporting.
