Job summary

RC Hospitality Solutions and 30A Escapes LLC in Panama City Beach, FL, seeks an experienced, licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple community associations. You’ll serve as the primary link between Boards, homeowners, staff and vendors, ensuring properties stay well maintained, finances are in order, and communities run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license (required).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• At least 3 years of CAM experience; high-rise condominium experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of situations calmly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability for emergency consultation 24/7 when incidents require management involvement.

Responsibilities

• Attend Board and Annual Owner meetings; run meetings per Robert’s Rules of Order.
• Serve as liaison between Boards, on-site managers, tenants and homeowners.
• Analyze options and present clear recommendations to the Board.
• Respond to owner concerns; resolve complaints and rule violations.
• Inform owners via newsletters, info boards and other communications.
• Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment; plan maintenance and major repairs.
• Prepare management reports on building condition and progress.
• Write RFPs, solicit bids and compare bids.
• Oversee contracted vendors; monitor contracts and issue cancellation notices.
• Purchase supplies and furniture as needed.
• Coordinate with insurers, fire and police to stay compliant with codes and regulations.
