Job summary

Seacrest Services is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Community Association Manager (LCAM) for a full-time role in Delray Beach, Florida. This hands-on position oversees daily operations, supports onsite staff, and collaborates with the Board, residents, vendors, and Seacrest leadership to keep communities well maintained and compliant with Florida condominium regulations.

The ideal candidate has five years of multi-unit experience, knowledge of Chapter 718, budgeting, and staff

Qualifications

• Five years of community association or property management experience in multi-unit or villa-style communities.
• Active Florida CAM license preferred; required where applicable.
• Strong knowledge of the Florida Condominium Act (Chapter 718) and HOA/COA operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and administration for residents.
• Serve as liaison among Board, residents, vendors and Seacrest leadership.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and maintenance activities; monitor property conditions.
• Prepare for and attend Board meetings with operational updates.
• Assist with annual budget, monitor expenses and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida condo regulations.
• Supervise onsite staff and promote responsive customer service.
• Manage resident communications and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain records and use property-management systems to track operations.
